Staff have the cloth to clean the table in their right hand and the orange juice to pour in their left hand.

The breakfast has nice hot and delicious options with tables for customers and bacon another, as example. As for me location is great, so close to Columbus for a relaxing weekend and all the local attractions and restaurants and gas stations.

i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely stop here again. reasonably spacious and clean property, location was great very close to nashville and the outlet stores and columbus with family friends.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly, but wifi was spotty at times.

The breakfast room was nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a huge sag in the middle of the bed. We had a really poor night's sleep. When the person at the desk was told, she didn't offer any sort of compensation. Also, the website didn't say that it was an outdoor pool, or that it wouldn't be open until Memorial Day weekend. The kids were disappointed. Had I know that, I would've booked elsewhere. Again, when I approached the person at the desk, she was minimally responsive. She could've suggested switching our reservation to the Comfort Inn on the north side of Columbus, IN, where there is an indoor pool.

Our group had a blast ! We loved exploring the nearby river and playing on the playground. The gym was a great addition to keep up our fitness routine, and the breakfast was solid with lots of options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

One downside was that there was no refrigerator or microwave in our room, inconvenient for storing snacks and leftovers.

It was so refreshing and clean! The staff could've been a bit more cute, though. A decent experience 🌊

Our stay was lovely, especially getting early check-in and enjoying the clean, comfortable room. The outdoor pool was a fantastic way to relax, and we appreciated the nice breakfast options every morning. The only downside was not having room cleaning during our stay, but it didn't ruin our experience. 😊

Room and bathroom seemed small for a 'suite'. Heater vibrated and was noisy in the night. Bed was not too comfortable. No wastebasket in bathroom
